ETR assists individuals to identify various resources for career and employment transitions. These resources are designed to help you:

- Manage your career
- Create an individual marketing plan
- Access current job openings
To find out about our services, we recommend that you first attend a group orientation, called a Career Center Seminar (CCS), which is held three times a week at each of our ETR offices (see the CCS Schedule). The Career Center Seminar provides an overview of all our services, including job search assistance, career advising, and possible training, and how to access services. After the CCS you will have ample opportunity to use the various materials in our resource room areas, and talk with staff individually about your job search.
